FEATURES OF OUR INDUSTRIAL MATTING
- Reduce Fatigue: Designed with textures that encourage foot micro-movement, our range of industrial matting is the ideal solution for keeping workers engaged within the workplace. The imprinted texture encourages micro-movement, resulting in an improvement in blood circulation. This makes these mats ideal for those working on production lines or at standing desks for long hours.
- Slip Resistant: The rubber material featured in most of our industrial mats make them suitable for use in both dry and wet areas. A large proportion of our mats, including the Comfort-Lok Interlocking Mat, have a slip-resistant surface, and are compliant with EN-13552.
- Protect against cold concrete floors: Most industrial environments feature cold concrete floors as a cost-effective flooring type. However, this can cause poor blood circulation in the feet to occur, increasing the chance of numbness and fatigue. This can result in a significant reduction in workplace productivity. Therefore, our industrial matting is designed to protect feet against cold concrete flooring, thus enhancing motivation!
- Easy to clean: Most of our matting is made of rubber, and can be cleaned using a jet wash. However, due to the Superdry Heavy Traffic Mat's PP carpet construction, cleaning requires a stiff brush or vacuum instead. This makes all of our industrial mats quick and easy to clean, resulting in easy management, even in labour-intensive environments.

BUBBLE MATTING
Our vast collection of bubble-textured floor mats are ideal for production lines. The raised texture encourages micro-movement of the feet, which leads to improved blood circulation even when stood still for long periods of the day. In turn, this makes this matting the ideal anti-fatigue solution for workers who undertake prolonged standing as part of their working day.
Our Orthomat Premium Bubble Mat is designed with two layers. The top surface provides the anti-fatigue bubble texture, whilst the bottom layer is made to be low-density, adding underfoot support for workers. Additional tapered edges prevent the edges of this matting from curling, reducing the risk of tripping.
Vibrant yellow borders on some of our bubble mats improve the visibility of this matting. This is ideal for fast-paced working environments and can raise awareness of an individual's working space.
DRAINAGE HOLES
The DeckStep Matting is the perfect addition to any environment where individuals will be working with liquid. The grated hole design collects any spilled liquid during production, helping to reduce the risk of workplace injury and slipping.
Rated a 4-star on the wear test, they remain a lightweight option that can be easily installed in any environment. The loose lay design allows for this matting to be easily lifted to clean up any spilled liquid it has collected.
Slip tested to DIN-51130, these anti-slip mats are ideal for use in both dry and wet warehouse environments. Available in 5 vibrant colours, including red, green, blue, grey and black, these rubber mats fit any workplace theme or can colour-coordinate areas within the workplace.
