Injection Moulded Plastic Lockers Description
Injection moulded plastic lockers are far more advanced than conventional metal lockers. They have been specifically designed and engineered to be robust, highly secure and hygienic.
They are similar to our Extreme Plastic Lockers, however one key difference is the way that they are manufactured. Unline the Extreme plastic locker range, these plastic lockers are injection moulded and rotationally molded so the carcass is in one piece.

Materials/Colours
- Made from tough recyclable polyethylene material
- Every unit comes with a grey carcass which can be personalised by choosing from a range of coloured doors available in blue, red, yellow and green.
Design Features
- Each unit can be stacked and arranged to suit a variety of needs by using the marked fixing points.
- Choice of three different locks:
- cam lock - standard lock and key fixture found on most lockers.
- swivel catch - this padlock option is popular where lockers have a single user.
- coin return
- No fear of rust with these plastic lockers as all hinges have been tested to 7 times the FIRA industry standard and are covered so not exposed to the elements.
- The hinges have been proven to be able to withstand 3200N before damage is caused meaning the lockers are extremely secure and vandal proof.
- Injection moulded lockers have drain holes providing the ability to clean them inside and out using a high pressure hose.
- Each locker is air vented and comes with an integral label holder.
Ideal Uses/Environments
Injection moulded plastic lockers are perfect for a wide variety of environments, particularly outdoor use as they are weather resistant and can withstand all types of cold and damp environments.
They are popular in schools, especially those with limited indoor space as the lockers can be placed outside with the knowledge that they are secure and weatherproof. They are ideal for storing sports equipment, playground equipment and even personal belongings.
Other popular environments for injection moulded plastic lockers are food production factories, due to the fact that they are vented and easy to clean, and hospitals where medicines and medical equipment need to be safely stored away.
