Hazardous storage cupboards should be used wherever hazardous substances such as chemicals, including domestic and industrial products are used in working environments. The can be used to provide separate storage for certain substances, or multiple cupboards can be used to avoid any cross contamination.

Technical Features

The range of hazardous storage cabinets are purposefully designed and manufactured for the safe storage of substances hazardous to health. They enable the separation of hazardous storage, and where applicable certain substances can be stored in different cupboards in order to prevent cross contamination.

Manufactured in the UK they are extremely secure and have a fully welded sheet steel robust construction. Each cupboard is also fitted with a two point locking system which will prevent unauthorised entry. A two point locking system ensures the cupboard is secure at the top and bottom of the door making it secure at two points and prevent the doors to be prised open.

The floor cupboards feature:

• adjustable spill-retaining galvanised shelves
• an integral liquid tight sump which will safely absorb spills through the use of absorbents
• ‘no snag’ handles
• a durable powder coated finish in high visibility yellow
• appropriate hazardous substance symbols
• extra shelves are available to purchase

Stands can also be purchased which raise the cupboards by 500mm. The stand is manufactured to the same high quality, with an adjustable foot for uneven surfaces and also a durable powder coated finish.
