Elite Lockers - Coloured Doors Highlights

Elite lockers are quality compartment lockers which are suitable for a variety of storage requirements. They are strong and durable, providing a secure cost effective storage solution for the workplace.

Description

The Elite locker range aims to accommodate individual requirements where possible.

• There is a choice door options including single compartment, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 compartment lockers.
• Two sizes available: H1800 x W300 x D300 and H1800 x W300 x W450 (mm)
• The uniform design of the lockers enables them to be easily adapted to these different heights, widths and depths for easier installation when on site
• The standard range of lockers are powder coated in a choice of 5 colours for the compartment doors (green, light grey, dark blue, yellow and red)
• Predrilled nesting holes for creating a run of lockers
• Elite GUARD anti-bacterial powder coating

Design Features

• Clothes lockers are secured with mastered cam locks with 2,000 differs as standard
• The locker doors are also manufactured with door stiffeners to prevent the doors twisting and bending
• Clothes lockers are welded and riveted in construction with semi concealed hinges that are also welded to the door allowing easy door replacement
• Manufactured using CR4 and bright galvanized steel
• Material thickness = 0.9mm doors and frames, 0.7mm carcass and shelves
• Each locker compartment is well ventilated as the doors are manufactured with ventilation slits which allow airflow through the locker without compromising security.
• Doors are fitted with rubber buffers which ensure a soft and quite closing mechanism
• The single compartment lockers are fitted with a top shelf and a coat hook, and the two compartment lockers with a coat hook fitted in each compartment as standard
• Airflow venting system

The range of clothes lockers can also be customised with a variety of locker accessories such as seat and stand options and number plates to meet individual requirements.

Colour Options

The Elite Lockers are now available in new colour options which include Black doors and White doors for a more contemporary feel. 

All steel components are pre-treated with an iron-phosphate chemical process before being given an glossy epoxy polyester powder coated finish. The powder coating process incorporates EliteGuard for a hygienic and anti-bacterial finish. See the paragraph below for more on how this amazing technology works and what it means for your locker.

• Green = RAL 6018
• Dark Grey = RAL 7024
• Red = BS 538
• Yellow = RAL 1023
• Black = RAL 9005
• Mid Grey = BS 00A05
• White = RAL 9010

The locker carcass is powder coate Mid Grey BS 00A05 as standard.

EliteGUARD

EliteGUARD is an effective secondary support to existing cleaning practices. The anti-bacterial powder coating is an effective solution to fighting bacteria contamination for the duration of the coating. Tests have found that 99.9% of MRSA and E.coli bacteria are killed.
